Health Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefit program for full-time employees which includes a choice of medical, dental, and vision plans, supplemental and long-term disability insurance, different levels of life/accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and long term care insurance. Coverage may also be purchased for spouses or domestic partners, and/or dependent children. The firm also offers a flexible spending plan that allows eligible employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for a variety of health care expenses.
Vacation and Holidays: We offer competitive vacation and sick leave benefits, plus paid holidays.
Retirement: We offer a retirement plan for eligible employees which consists of 401(k) and profit sharing components. Staff employees are also eligible for matching contributions.
Parking/Transportation Allowance: We will pay for parking at our Century City and Irvine offices. Employees working in our San Francisco office will receive a monthly transportation allowance in lieu of paid parking.
