Health Benefits: Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP offers a comprehensive benefit program for full-time employees which includes a choice of medical and dental plans, supplemental and long-term disability insurance, different levels of life/accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and long term care insurance. Coverage may also be purchased for spouses or domestic partners, and/or dependent children. The firm also offers a flexible spending plan that allows eligible employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for a variety of health care expenses.

Vacation and Holidays: Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP offers competitive vacation and sick leave benefits, plus paid holidays.

Retirement: The Firm offers a Retirement Plan for eligible employees which consists of 401(k) and Profit Sharing components. Staff employees are also eligible for matching contributions.

Parking/Transportation Allowance: The Firm will pay for parking at our Century City and Irvine offices. Employees working in our San Francisco office will receive a monthly transportation allowance in lieu of paid parking.
