Overview

Paralegals play an essential role at Cox, Castle & Nicholson. Our paralegals work collaboratively with attorneys to provide our clients with timely, high-quality, and cost-effective legal services. As such, we recruit paralegals with top credentials and relevant experience. Paralegals assist our attorneys in all types of real estate transactions and participate in all phases of litigation and trial preparation.

Los Angeles

We have the following open position in our Los Angeles office at this time:
 

Real Estate Title Paralegal

Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 years of real estate transactional experience with an emphasis on and a thorough understanding of reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, preparing work product relating to same, and negotiating title policies in connection with land acquisition and disposition transactions.  Experience and/or understanding of aspects of the closing process for acquisition, disposition, joint venture and finance matters is beneficial but not a prerequisite.   Must have prior law firm experience in title and survey review capacity.  Must be detailed oriented with strong communication skills.  Junior-level or senior-level candidates may apply.  This is a position for full-time employment.

Openings:
Orange County

We have the following open position in our Orange County office at this time:

Lease Administrator/Real Estate Paralegal

This individual will be responsible for supporting the OC Real Estate team with office and industrial space leases. Our ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial real estate contracts, especially office and industrial leases and experience reviewing and abstracting leases. As well as experience preparing leases, lease renewals, license and listing agreement and related contracts. We are looking for  3+ years of experience working as a lease administrator and/or a real estate paralegal and organizational skills to manage multiple portfolios of real estate and document library.
