Full-Time Litigation Support Clerk

The Century City office of the law firm, Cox, Castle & Nicholson, LLP is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Litigation Clerk position. This position is responsible for providing organizational support for a team of litigation attorneys on a wide variety of projects. Duties may include but are not limited to, document organization, database management, preparation of trial binders and other projects related to trial preparation and/or case management. A knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects is a must. 4 year college degree required. Part - Time Library Assistant
 
The Century City office of Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is looking for a Part-Time Library Assistant. This person would be responsible for running conflicts of interest database, opening new business matters, retrieval and distribution of legal material, and fact checking using our record management software and tracking systems. All applicants must have a professional demeanor,  excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, the ability to learn new software and to prioritize projects in a demanding environment. A highly qualified candidate will have in-depth reference experience such as familiarity with searching online full text databases. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is plus. The ability to accurately interpret data, concisely present findings and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong customer service and team orientation are crucial skills. 20 - 25 hours per week. Part-Time Marketing Intern

Cox, Castle & Nicholson, a prominent California law firm with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Orange County, is seeking a Marketing Intern in our Century City Office.

Responsibilities for this position include: event planning, updating and maintaining the Firm’s website, including attorney and practice groups bios/descriptions and also posting publications and press releases.

The Marketing Intern will also help create printed and digital materials for presentations, PowerPoint presentations/equipment coordination and other marketing collateral materials.

The Marketing Intern will coordinate calendars for Firm and practice group events, assist the Marketing Team with receptions and seminars,  data coordination – client feedback initiatives, RSVPs and special projects.

Previous graphic design and administrative experience in an office environment is a plus. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign is required. Comfortable with desktop design and publishing programs is a necessity. Must be able to multi-task, follow up and prioritize to meet deadlines, have strong communication, writing, organization and customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to learn/work with marketing software. As a part-time position, the hours are flexible, 3-4 days per week, Monday – Friday (20 – 25 hours per week). Please submit resumes to: molson@coxcastle.com.
