Part-Time Marketing Intern
Cox, Castle & Nicholson, a prominent California law firm with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Orange County, is seeking a Marketing Intern in our Century City Office.
Responsibilities for this position include: event planning, updating and maintaining the Firm’s website, including attorney and practice groups bios/descriptions and also posting publications and press releases.
The Marketing Intern will also help create printed and digital materials for presentations, PowerPoint presentations/equipment coordination and other marketing collateral materials.
The Marketing Intern will coordinate calendars for Firm and practice group events, assist the Marketing Team with receptions and seminars, data coordination – client feedback initiatives, RSVPs and special projects.
Previous graphic design and administrative experience in an office environment is a plus. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign is required. Comfortable with desktop design and publishing programs is a necessity. Must be able to multi-task, follow up and prioritize to meet deadlines, have strong communication, writing, organization and customer service skills, attention to detail and ability to learn/work with marketing software.
