Sandra Stewart and Susan Davis will particpate as speakers in this education seminar. 

This program will focus on legal issues confronting builders and others in the residential construction industry flowing from the current economic downturn. Discussion topics will include liability and insurance considerations in reducing excess inventory, HOA issues where the builder remains in control of the HOA board longer due to slow sales, financial and operational issues like lender reappraisal of landholdings, planning for entity dissolution, and information on bankruptcy.
