Mr. Infelise is a senior trial attorney specializing in high stakes disputes. In an era in which few matters actually go to trial, he has tried thirty-six matters to judgment. Mr. Infelise handles matters in a broad range of substantive areas.

He has litigated (i) complex tax deferral and minimization strategies for high net-worth taxpayers against authorities and major accounting firms; (ii) complex real estate and commercial disputes; and (iii) environmental matters involving the federal Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, state law analogues, California’s Proposition 65, and common law claims.

Mr. Infelise’s clients are institutions and entrepreneurs in the real estate industry, public utilities, financial institutions, investment banks and high net-worth individuals.
