Over the course of Mr. Gross' career as a transactional attorney, he has reviewed, drafted and negotiated documents for a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals to national real estate companies, as buyers, sellers, equity partners, developers, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants, in connection with almost all types of real estate transactions. In particular, Mr. Gross has expertise in real estate-secured financing transactions both as a result of his representation of San Diego National Bank and Bank One, NA and his work with other institutional, commercial and equity lenders. Mr. Gross also has significant experience representing borrowers in similar transactions.
Mr. Gross is a double graduate of the University of Southern California, having earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1994 and completed his A.B. undergraduate studies in economics in 1988.
He is a member of the State Bar of California.
