Perry D. Mocciaro

Perry D. Mocciaro is a business litigator with over 30 years' experience, specializing in real estate and related matters. He practices actively in both state and federal courts, has personally conducted dozens of trials and binding arbitrations from commencement through conclusion, and has taken and defended hundreds of depositions. Mr. Mocciaro has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, has written and lectured on Remedies for the California Continuing Education of the Bar, and has lectured on Evidence and then litigation-related topics. He is a 1975 graduate of the University of California at Berkeley (Boalt Hall) School of Law, where he was also the winner of the honors moot court competition and a member of the national moot court team.
