Camellia Mimi Kuo is a partner in the Irvine, California office of Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, one of the largest real estate law firms in the United States, and is co-chair of the firm’s Resort and Residential Development Practice Group. Ms. Kuo represents commercial developers and homebuilders in the development of master planned communities, planned developments, condominium projects, leasehold subdivisions and mixed residential/commercial developments, including timeshare and golf resorts. Her practice involves extensive experience with state and federal registration requirements and the implementation of pre-litigation strategies through tailored project documentation.
