Stephanie is a land use and natural resources associate, whose experience includes advising clients on all aspects of CEQA, NEPA, and related environmental laws, and assisting with local agency permitting and land use entitlement issues.

Stephanie has particular expertise in ensuring compliance with CEQA and in application of state and local density bonus laws. She has represented developers of housing, commercial and office centers, energy projects, schools, and hospitals.
