Filling the Financial Gap

Ofer Elitzur will participate as a speaker in the session "Filling the Financial Gap."   The panel  will discuss cost- and market-effective ways to raise debt capital and pour liquidity into a project; explore the many options available to them, from mortgage and bond insurance to bank letters of credit and insurance company guarantees; and analyze the different credit enhancement vehicles: providing details on how they can lower overall borrowing costs.
