12th Annual Building Industry Law And Policy Conference
On October 2nd, Kenneth B. Bley, the senior partner on Cox, Castle & Nicholson’s land use team, will moderate a panel discussion at the Building Industry Legal Defense Foundation’s Building Industry Law and Policy Conference at the Metropolitan Water District’s offices in Los Angeles. The topics discussed will be the United States Supreme Court’s recent ruling on Koontz v. St John’s Water Management District and its effect on California developers and inclusionary housing requirements in California.
The panelists will be Paul Beard, who argued Koontz before the Supreme Court, David Lanferman, who currently has two inclusionary housing cases pending before the California Supreme Court, and Lynn Jacobs, former head of the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
