Cox Castle, Stradling Yocca Shepherd Pair of Financings

Mark McClanathan was mentioned in the Daily Journal's Real Estate Movers and Dealmakers column published March 14, 2013 in connection with legal work he did for an equity financing commitment on behalf of CapRock Partners. The deal was one of two financings commitments secured by Orange County-based Bridgeport Investments. CapRock Partners received $35 million to buy industrial property in California.
