In addition, Robin helps clients meet the obligations required to do business, whether it's obtaining a contractor's license, broker's license, liquor license, seller's permit, or business license.

Secured Financing For Real Estate Businesses

Robin works with borrowers or guarantors to prepare the authorization and associated documents and certificates required by lenders in connection with closing new loans, loan modifications, or loan assumptions. She also prepares and files UCC-1 Financing Statements and modifications, as well as conducts searches and analyzes search results.

Purchase And Sale Transactions

Robin's extensive experience in purchase and sale transactions includes documenting and closing real property purchase and sale transactions, personal property purchase and sale transactions, real property tax matters, property reassessment issues, the purchase and sale of privately held stock, the purchase and sale of partnership interests, and the purchase and sale of membership interests in limited liability companies.
