Eric is an associate in the Firm’s Land Use and Natural Resources practice. He counsels clients on a variety of regulatory land use issues with a focus on local government planning and zoning, state and federal resources permitting, and land use litigation. Eric assists with local land use entitlements and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance issues. He secures land use entitlements and CEQA compliance for mixed-use and residential developments, office buildings, and research and development facilities.
Eric received his joint J.D./M.B.A. degree from the UCLA School of Law and the UCLA Anderson School of Management. While at UCLA, Eric was the recipient of the contract drafting award in the UCLA Transactional Law Competition, and was a member of both the Real Estate Law Association and the Anderson Real Estate Association. Prior to attending law school, Eric received his B.A., with honors, in Economics from New York University, and worked at the International Securities Exchange, Capital Group, and Ernst & Young.
