Ryan E. Dosh



Ryan Dosh is a real estate transactional attorney and is a member of the Firm’s Institutional Investor team.  Ryan’s practice focuses on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financing matters.  In addition, Ryan frequently represents pension funds in domestic and international commingled funds investing in real estate assets and private equity, both at the time of subscription and during the term of the fund. 

Ryan’s previous experience includes representing developers and national retail tenants in successfully negotiating and documenting lease transactions throughout the United States and Canada.

Ryan received his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he was an Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review, a member of the Dean’s Honor List, and graduated with Honors in completion of the Corporate Law Concentration.  He earned his B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Legal Studies, from California Lutheran University.
