Amy Foo is an associate for the firm’s Land Use Team.
Amy previously worked for the Surfrider Foundation where she prepared legal research memoranda on various coastal law and policy issues involving the California Coastal Act, CEQA, NEPA, and local municipal codes. Amy also presented comments at public hearings before the California Coastal Commission and State Lands Commission.
During law school, Amy was a legal intern for the California Department of Justice, Land Law Section and the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC). Amy also participated in legal internships for the Frank G. Wells Environment Law Clinic at the UCLA School of Law and the Environment and Natural Resources Division, U.S. Department of Justice.
Amy earned her J.D. at the UCLA School of Law. While at UCLA Law, Amy served as the Co-Community Chair as well as the Managing Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy.
Prior to attending law school, Amy received her B.A., in English, from University of California, Berkeley.
