Overview

Max Herrera is a paralegal for the firm’s Litigation team in the San Francisco Office. He has over a decades’ worth of experience in the legal field and has worked on a wide range of cases, everything from Discovery, Mediation to Litigation.

He is adept at managing and consulting all facets of the Electronic Document Reference Model and advising on the Discovery timeline required by Rule 26(f) on the Federal level and Rule 3.724 in California. This encompasses everything from initial preservation, data collections, hosted review and document productions. He has thorough experience as a Project Manager for all phases of eDiscovery and trial preparation including trial binders, deposition clips, graphics and presentations to be used while in trial. He also has served as a trial technician throughout the country in both federal and state courts along with multiple matters being heard in private arbitration.
