Senior Paralegal

Overview

As a paralegal who supports the Litigation Team, Mark is involved in construction defect, insurance defense, land use, environmental, labor, landlord/tenant, and general business conflicts.

The attorneys look to Mark for analysis, design, implementation, training, and management of automated litigation support systems, case and data management, overseeing the handling and processing of electronic evidence, and consultation regarding advanced techniques for utilizing technology in litigation. 
 
Working directly with clients and consultants to streamline workflow, Mark handles evidence gathering, and provides direction throughout the discovery and trial phases of a case. He is deeply involved in trial preparation which involves providing leadership and consultation on marshaling data/documents for use during a trial.
