Dawil R. Sully



Dawil is a commercial finance attorney, who represents borrowers and lenders in secured transactions.  His experience includes drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, asset purchase agreements, investor agreements, loan documents, and leases.

Dawil received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2014, where he was Co-Chair and Treasurer for the La Raza Latino Law Students Association and a member of the Real Estate Law Association. He earned his A.B. in Political Science from Duke University in 2011.
