Overview

Jonathan is a real estate associate and a member of the firm’s Retail and Commercial Development Team.  He has handled a broad range of real estate transactions and focuses his practice on the areas of commercial development and leasing, primarily representing developers, landlords and tenants.  Jonathan is adept at negotiating, documenting, and closing all types of real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases and all ancillary matters related to the acquisition, development, construction, ownership, management and disposition of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects.  Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan represented a major international co-working office tenant in its West Coast office leasing transactions.

Jonathan earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School.  While in law school, he was a Legal Extern in the Corporate Fraud Section of the Office of the Attorney General of California.  Jonathan received his B.A. from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication.

Represented a major co-working office tenant in connection with the $118 million lease and build-out of over 102,000 rentable square feet of space in San Francisco, CA.

Represented a major co-working office tenant in connection with the $92 million lease and build-out of over 114,000 rentable square feet of space in Seattle, WA.

Represented a major co-working office tenant in connection with the $42 million lease and build-out of the entirety of the office space (over 60,000 rentable square feet of space) of a new construction mixed-use property in Seattle, WA.
