Isabella supports Cox Castle attorneys on every phase of the land use and environmental process from pre-acquisition due diligence to environmental compliance. She has extensive experience assisting with research, due diligence, land use analyses, entitlements, air and water quality issues, and permitting for housing and renewable energy projects. She also has experience in the California Environmental Quality Act. Isabella is known as a resourceful team player and prides herself on collaborating with attorneys to provide Cox Castle clients with timely, high-quality, and cost-effective legal services.
Prior to joining Cox Castle, Isabella spent nearly five years at a global law firm supporting its land use, real estate, and environmental team. She held various roles including Paralegal and Case Assistant.
