Real Estate Associate (San Francisco)

Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking a real estate transactional associate to join our San Francisco office. Our ideal candidate will have 2 – 3 years of transactional real estate experience. Associates will work on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint venture, and development. (Experience in all of these areas is not required.) Candidates must have strong academic credentials. Admission to the California Bar is required. 

The anticipated base salary for this position is $205,000 - $215,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Land Use Associate (San Francisco)

Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking a land use associate with 2 - 3 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. Our ideal candidate will have focused experience in land use (project entitlements, administrative proceedings, and litigation), natural resource law, and CEQA/NEPA. Experience in renewable energy is a plus. Candidates must have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key. Admission to the California Bar is required. 

The anticipated base salary for this position is $205,000 - $215,000, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors. Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Real Estate Associate (Los Angeles)

Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP is seeking an associate with 4 - 6 years of real estate transactional experience to join our Los Angeles office to work on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions and projects for numerous publicly traded and private investors and developers, particularly those focused on industrial, healthcare, senior housing, office, resort and mixed-use projects. Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and/or finance, but experience in all areas is not required.  Candidates should have strong academic credentials and solid foundational training. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.

The base salary for this position, dependent upon experience and other relevant factors, ranges from $230,000 - $265,000 plus additional applicable hours-based bonus.  Cox Castle also offers a comprehensive benefits package.
