David Waite will be speaking at the ULI-LA Housing Council '1st Friday' Meeting to be held on June 7, 2013 in Los Angeles, California.

David’s topic will be “A [Friendly] User's Guide to the Successful Implementation of CEQA – The California Environmental Quality Act – as a Tool to Support Housing and Residential Development:”  How can CEQA be used as an implementation tool to engage the public and private sectors and to garner support for your project.  David will also include a discussion of how SB 375 can be used to streamline infill residential projects.
