Cox Castle is seeking an associate with capital markets, corporate and finance transactional experience to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have 3 – 6 years of real estate transactional experience, with an emphasis on real estate finance (borrower and lender side) and complex acquisitions. Strong academic credentials and major firm experience are highly valued. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
