Cox Castle is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience representing lenders in a wide array of financing transactions, including real estate secured loans, mezzanine loans, secondary market activity as well as asset management, modifications and workouts. Additional desired skills include supervising and training of junior associates and paralegals, primary drafting, negotiating and deal responsibilities, and interfacing with clients. Admission to the California Bar is strongly preferred.
