Every year, American Lawyer Media, a top business news publisher, tracks racial and ethnic diversity across firm leadership, equity partners, and other attorneys at Am Law 200 firms and beyond, and publishes the rankings as part of its Diversity Scorecard list. Cox Castle debuts on the 2024 Diversity Scorecard at #11 out of 208 firms.

“Our ranking on the American Lawyer’s 2024 DEI Scorecard only serves to validate our continued commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the firm,” said Alicia Vaz, Partner and Chief DEI Officer, Cox Castle.
