David Waite Selected as the 2021 CCA Policy Committee Co-Chair
Recognized for his contributions to Downtown Los Angeles, David Waite has been selected as a co-chair for Central City Association’s Housing, Land Use and Development (HLUD) Committee. Through his work, David has reflected the values and goals of CCA. Such goals include: a vision for the future of DTLA, making DTLA a place for housing at all income levels, advancing solutions to homelessness, enhancing the experience for DTLA employees, residents and visitors, as well as attracting businesses and institutions to DTLA.
Central City Association (CCA) is the premier advocacy organization in the Los Angeles region and leading visionary on the future of Downtown Los Angeles (DTLA). Since its founding in 1924, they have produced meaningful results for their members and the Downtown community. They maximize their effectiveness by leading, convening and collaborating with stakeholders to form strong partnerships and coalitions. CCA represents the interests of over 300 businesses, trade associations and nonprofits from a broad range of industries.
