Randy Orlik Elected To The American College Of Commercial Finance Lawyers

Los Angeles – (March 30, 2016)Cox, Castle & Nicholson proudly announces that partner Randy Orlik was elected to the American College of Commercial Finance Lawyers, an exclusive professional association of distinguished lawyers dedicated to improving and enhancing the practice of commercial finance law. Orlik, a graduate of University of California Berkeley School of Law, was selected by the College for his character, skill and ability, which will contribute to the goals, accomplishments and good fellowship of the College. Criteria for membership include years of practice, commercial finance expertise, organizational involvement and examples of high ethical and moral standards.

“This national recognition demonstrates Randy’s unique blend of litigation and transactional skills, which bring great value to our firm each day,” said Mario Camara, managing partner at Cox, Castle & Nicholson’s Los Angeles office. “We are very proud of Randy and are confident that his strong character and background will make him a strong contributor to the growth of the College.”

Orlik has represented numerous financial institutions in negotiating loans and in the sale and purchase of notes secured by both real and principal property. His expertise in institutional investment and finance includes his service as President of the Financial Lawyers Conference and a member of both the California Bankruptcy Forum and American Bankruptcy Institute.

Orlik will be presented as a new fellow in the college during the organization’s Annual Meeting and Dinner on April 9 at the Mount Royal Club in Montréal.

“It is with great honor and pride that I join distinguished practitioners, jurists and academics in building and promoting the field of commercial finance law,” said Orlik.
