Overview
Coming to Cox Castle’s energy-focused real estate practice, Kevin has emerged as an asset to the firm’s renewable energy developer and project finance clients. Between drafting novel site control documents, working through complex title insurance and survey matters to pushing renewable energy ‘mega projects’ through multi-billion-dollar debt financing, Kevin has established a repertoire in counseling developer clients on solar and battery energy storage leases, easements, shared facilities agreements, and financings for all manner of utility-scale projects.
Building his law practice upon his study of energy science, policy, technology and markets at Stanford’s Emmett Interdisciplinary Master’s Program in Environment and Resources, Kevin has a robust foundation to help clients creatively adapt and thrive within California’s competitive energy landscape.
