2025 CEQA & Regulatory Update Workshop
Partners Arielle Harris and Clark Morrison will be speaking at the2025 CEQA & Regulatory Update Workshop on November 20th in Berkley, CA. The event brings together legal experts, policymakers, and stakeholders to discuss the changes and shifts in California’s environmental review and regulatory landscape.
"Federal Regulations in a Shifting Policy Landscape" will explore evolving federal regulations and executive orders, and implications for California. Clark will be joined by Laura Zagar (Perkins Coie) and Christian Marsh (Stoel Rives).
Arielle will be joined by Michael Keinath (Ramboll) for their session, "Evolving CEQA and Climate Disclosure Policies". This segment will explore how recent legislative changes, including the Governor’s AB 130 and SB 131, along with emerging climate disclosure policies, are shaping the future of CEQA and environmental review in California.
