Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP has again been recognized in the 2009 Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business client’s guide as one of the top California law firms in the areas of real estate, land use/zoning and construction.

The individual attorneys that topped the rankings in the real estate category were Partners Ira Waldman, Lawrence Teplin, and Mathew Wyman, and in the land use/zoning category Partners Kenneth Bley and Michael Zischke.  Zischke was also recognized as one of the top practitioners in the Environment category. Phil Nicholson, one of the founding Partners of the firm, was also acknowledged as a Senior Statesmen in the industry.
