Julian Freeman Named To 2025 GlobeSt. Influencer in Industrial Real Estate List

The annual list recognizes individuals, teams, and firms for their accomplishments and impact in the industrial real estate industry. Julian was chosen for his innovative deal-making and client-first approach, and his practice, which centers on acquisitions, dispositions, development, and real estate asset management.
Julian averages roughly 200 deals per year totaling more than three million square feet, and has negotiated more than 30 million square feet of industrial leases since 2007. Julian’s leadership has also been instrumental in expanding Cox Castle’s industrial leasing practice nationwide, solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industrial real estate sector.
