Overview
Gabe Pitassi is a transactional attorney who has handled a broad range of commercial real estate transactions throughout his career.
His practice includes representing investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owners of a variety of property types regarding an array of real estate matters, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate secured financings, and development. Gabe’s experience extends to drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary documents related to these transactions, such as lease agreements and amendments for industrial, office, and retail uses, as well as purchase and sale agreements. Gabe has also conducted extensive title review and due diligence analysis for various property types and has been trusted with coordinating transaction logistics and closings.
Previously in his legal practice, Gabe represented municipalities and other public agencies. During law school, Gabe served as a board member of the Real Estate Law Association and an editor of the Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. He was also a recipient of the UCLA Masin Academic Excellence Award for his academic performance in Professional Responsibility.

Represented landlord in the lease of 14,006 square feet of office space in San Francisco, California with a total lease consideration in excess of $2.3MM.
