Gabe Pitassi

Gabe Pitassi is a transactional attorney who has handled a broad range of commercial real estate transactions throughout his career.

His practice includes representing investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owners of a variety of property types regarding an array of real estate matters, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate secured financings, and development.  Gabe’s experience extends to drafting and negotiating primary and ancillary documents related to these transactions, such as lease agreements and amendments for industrial, office, and retail uses, as well as purchase and sale agreements.  Gabe has also conducted extensive title review and due diligence analysis for various property types and has been trusted with coordinating transaction logistics and closings.

Previously in his legal practice, Gabe represented municipalities and other public agencies. During law school, Gabe served as a board member of the Real Estate Law Association and an editor of the Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. He was also a recipient of the UCLA Masin Academic Excellence Award for his academic performance in Professional Responsibility.

Represented builder in $85MM acquisition of land for multi-family development with existing industrial building in Brea, California.

Represented landlord in the lease of 66,850 square feet (including 26,119 square feet of warehouse space) in New York, New York with a total lease consideration in excess of $19MM.

Represented landlord in the lease of a 289,331 square foot industrial building in Phoenix, Arizona with total lease consideration in excess of $34.6MM.

Represented landlord in the lease of 14,006 square feet of office space in San Francisco, California with a total lease consideration in excess of $2.3MM.

Represented investment firm in $69MM acquisition of an industrial building in North Las Vegas, Nevada.

Represented landlord in the lease of a 246,647 square foot industrial building in Hialeah, Florida with a total lease consideration in excess of $15.5MM.

Represented tenant in the lease of 11,411 square feet of office space in Los Angeles, California with a total lease consideration in excess of $4.5MM.

Represented investment firm in $64.7MM disposition of a multi-family project in Sacramento, California.
