Congratulations to Partners Corin Korenaga and David Lari on being named to the 2026 Commercial Real Estate Visionaries list by the LA Times Studio. The list honors the region’s most influential commercial real estate leaders.  

Corin was recognized for being the go-to advisor for public and private homebuilders nationwide and closing more than $2 billion in homebuilder mergers and acquisitions. 

David was recognized for his recent work with Brookfield on its $329-million purchase of two Cherry Valley distribution facilities totaling roughly 1.8 million square feet.
