Congratulations to Partner John Matthew Trott for being named to the 2025 Los Angeles Business Journal Leader of Influence: Banking & Finance list. John Matthew was recognized for his years of work as a commercial finance and transactional attorney, where he has represented financial institutions, lenders and borrowers, real estate developers, and institutional investors. He has worked on complex commercial credit facilities, real property acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and restructuring the financial arrangements of troubled assets amongst others over his career. He recently represented an institutional investor in connection with obtaining a $1 billion master line of credit. Separately, he represented a borrower in connection with a hybrid/core credit facility of over $2 billion.
