Doris Katsuda

Doris is a senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who specializes in high-value acquisition, disposition, capital market finance and joint ventures transactions across the nation. Her experience extends to office buildings, storage facilities, business parks, warehouses, shopping centers, master planned-communities, large multi-family complexes, mixed-use, oil refinery, Section 42 (LIHTC) as well as land development and redevelopment transactions up to a billion-dollar in a single transaction.

She received her bachelor’s degree from California State University Los Angeles and is a certificated Paralegal with a Bachelors degree in Sociology and an Accounting degree.
