Emin is a real estate transactional attorney who focuses on complex real estate transactions.
Emin’s experience allows him to represent lenders, owners, investors, developers, and operators in a wide variety of commercial real estate matters relating to the acquisition, disposition, joint venture, and financing of commercial real estate properties. Accordingly, he has extensive experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, financing transaction documents, and management agreements. In connection with the foregoing, Emin has expertise in all aspects of corporate document preparation and review, property level due diligence review, and lease review.
